asiakpod operates exclusively as a digital business platform. All products are delivered to Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Customers located in Singapore collect products independently.

No delivery, transaction, or commercial activity occurs within Singapore.

Business Scope & Eligibility

• Our services are intended for adults aged 21 and above.
• Products are provided for lawful personal use only.
• We do not operate physical retail outlets in Singapore.
• Availability of products may change without prior notice.

Jurisdiction & Legal Position

• All operations are governed exclusively by Malaysian law.
• Only Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
• Requests from Singapore authorities (including OCHA or POFMA) are not recognized.
• Only valid Malaysian court orders will be complied with.

User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure compliance with laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
• False information, impersonation, or abuse of services is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service where misuse is detected.

Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect only necessary information required to fulfill orders.
• Data includes name, contact details, delivery address, and order records.
• All data is securely stored in Malaysia.
• Personal data is automatically deleted after 6 months.
• No data is shared with Singapore authorities or foreign surveillance entities.

Payments, Delivery & Refunds

• Accepted payment methods: USDT (TRC20), PayNow, or cash (self-collection only).
• Delivery is completed within 1 hour after payment confirmation.
• Failed deliveries may be refunded or rescheduled.
• Successfully delivered products are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Sgkpods shall not be held liable for misuse of products, third-party actions, or claims arising outside Malaysia. Users assume responsibility for compliance with local regulations.

Reports of abuse or legal concerns must be submitted via our Contact Us page.

Customers may participate in our referral program and earn $10 credits per successful referral. $60 credits may be redeemed for one free Kpod.
